We strive to deliver the best quality products and customer service. All of our products are covered by various manufacturers warranties for materials quality and workmanship. These warranties differ in scope and duration. We do want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase and offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the quality, fit, appearance or condition of the product, you can return it within 30 days from the date of purchase. This applies to items sold at our retail store, events, on-line or at our athletic facilites.
Please keep in mind the following:
1. Returned Items must not have been used and have the original tags attached.
2. Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges for the following returns:
- Mistakes on order made by customer.
- Exchanges for wrong size or color by customer.
Shipping & Handling Policy
All in stock orders will be processed next business day. In the event an item is on back order, we will contact you with an estimated shipping date. All special orders are dependant on the supplier or manufacture inventory and their processing time.
Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges.
Shipments within the United States, Mexico or Canada will be with USPS or UPS.
Standard shipping is estimated at three to five days from the time your order leaves the warehouse.
Shipping days are business days, no holidays or weekends.
Extra shipping charges may apply to overweight packages.
No PO Box delivery on 2 day or overnight.
Additional shipping charges apply to orders shipping outside the contiguous 48 states.
We do ship products internationally....PLEASE check cost of shipment before ordering.
