Is my credit card number and personal information secure?

Yes! All your information entered within this site is secure with our Secure Socket Layer (SSL). All information is encrypted with 128 bit SSL Security. You can feel comfortable that your information is safe.

Can I send you my credit card information through email?

NO! Never send your credit card information to anyone through email. E-mail is NOT a secure way to send vital information. If you don't want to use our website to pay for your order, please call us to process your payment.

Why don't you accept credit cards with billing addresses outside the United States?

Currently, we have no way to verify credit card billing addresses that are outside the United States. We are protecting our customers and ourselves from potential credit card fraud.

Can I return or exchange my merchandise?

YES! Queen Of The Court Sports offers our customers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase just return for a refund or exchange it for another item. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy.

Can I still order products, even though the quantity in stock is "0"?

Yes! You can still purchase an item that is currently marked out of stock. Your order will be placed with the supplier and when the product arrives we will ship it to you. In case of long back order times, we will call you and advise you of the estimated delivery date.

Do you sell my personal information (mailing address, phone number, email, etc.)?

NO!! Your personal information is used only by Queen Of The Court Sports for payment, shipping, and promotional use. We do not sell our customers information to any third parties.

Can I purchase gift certificates for your website?

We are sorry, but at this time we only have gift certificates for use at our retail store or athletic facility. All gift certificates can be purchased at our retail store location.

Why doesn't your website allow me to pay with my credit card and then have the merchandise shipped to a non-billing address?

Our payment processing system needs the billing address in order for us to process a credit card payment. To help protect our customers and ourselves from credit card fraud we do not process this kind of transaction through our website. Please contact our Sales Department if you require to ship to a non-billing address.

Do you offer wholesale prices for consumers?

We offer our non-business consumers the opportunity to buy our QOTCS brand products�in team or club quantities at a discounted price. Wholesale prices are only available to businesses with a valid sales tax license.

Where are QOTCS products manufactured?

Queen Of The Court Sports products are produced by brand name suppliers whose production facilities are located throughout the world. Locations include but not limited to the USA, China, Sri Lanka, Canada, Japan, Korea and Mexico.
